Hello!

Toni here.  I am so very excited to be part of the design team for The Heart Desires!  Tonya is a great friend and such a sweet person, it is an absolute pleasure to be supporting her.  And, gee, I get to make cards while I do that--win, win!

Now you'll start to see regular DT posts here starting May 2 but you may see us pop up before that to give you a peek into what we're currently into. Me?  I'm all about the plaid.  And unicorns.  And Pegasus unicorns.  But that's a card for another day.  Today there's only one unicorn with a to-die-for Lawn Fawn plaid background.  I think I may have owned this as a shirt back in the day, shot through with gold threads, of course.  It was the 70s after all.

And do you see the texture on the white background?  That's Tim Holtz watercolor paper leftovers.  I love that texture but usually use the plain side for watercoloring so what a treat to use it on the flip.

Thanks to the Color Throwdown for the honor of guest designing and, of course, for the color palette--seriously love it!
