For You

Seriously, what's not to love about squirrels and acorns?!  Hey, this is Amy here with you today sharing a fall inspired project.

I've been wanting to ink up the Neat & Tangled - My Favorite Nut stamp set.  I combined it with the Lawn Fawn Tiny Tags stamps.

That little baggie is from my stash.  I was digging around and found it all by its lonesome and thought it matched wonderfully with my color palette.

Don't forget about the current challenge, there's still time to join in the fun!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have an awesome week!

One in a chameleon!

Hey everyone!  It's Amy here with a pretty quick card!  I've been so smitten with the distress oxide inks and knew what I wanted to do with the Your Next Stamp - One in a Chameleon set:

Oh my, his sweet face cracks me up!  I combined the following Distress Oxides

Twisted Citron
Cracked Pistachio
Lucky Clover

I did the smooshing technique starting with lightest to darkest and doing the colors one at a time.  I make sure each color has been thoroughly dried with my heat gun.  This is all done on Ranger Watercolor Paper.

When everything is thoroughly dried I stamped my sentiment and the chameleon with Versafine Onyx.

Love Your Next Stamp's heavy lines...makes it easy to fussy cut!  That guy has been popped on a foam dimensional for added interest.

Check out the One In a Chameleon set:

Thanks so much for stoppin' by...have an awesome week!

May the Forest be with You

Hello and Happy Monday!  It's Amy here with you today sharing a fun project that features SugarPea Designs.  Have you seen the Easily A'Moose'd set?!  Oh, it cracks me up!  Love the different sentiments and the cute lil guys.

I started with the Harlequin Cover Plate as my base.  I used my embossing pad so rather than die cutting it, it made a beautiful textured background.

All the images and sentiment have been stamped with Versafine Onyx on Ranger Watercolor paper and colored with Zig Clean Color markers.

I hope you have an amazing week!

Hello + Happy Monday!  It's Amy here with you today and I have four cards to share!  I concentrated on using the Doodlebug Design Cream & Sugar collection:

It's no secret that I love my caffeine and this particular collection makes me super happy.  How can you resist those smiley faces?!

So what helps you design quick cards?  I'm a big fan of collections which I always think helps me put together projects much quicker.

These next two cards use the same supplies plus the Donuts Mini Doodle-Pops + Flora & Fauna Texture stamp set:

So what are your designing tips?

You Make Me Happy x 3

Hello!  It's Amy here with a quick card trio:

These cards are 3x3 and were super quick to make.  I used the Doodlebug Design Desert Flower Shape Sprinkles.  These guys are so cute and petite so the 3x3 card size is perfect.  I mixed up some of the Sprinkles by putting some of them on foam dimensionals.

The paper and sentiment strips are from the Fun in the Sun paper pad.   These were super quick and easy to whip up!

Floral Birthday Card

Hello!  It's Amy here with a super quick Birthday card!  I adore color and patterns and the Crate Paper Bloom 6x6 Paper Pad is filled with all kinds of wonderful.

I teamed it up with the Concord & 9th Happy Words and Happy Card Frame Set.

Birthday cards are not my go to card making projects, how about you?  I've been trying to put together a stash of them to have on hand.

My card was inspired by Challenge #11.  There's still time to play along!

Hope your birthday is a SMASH!

Have you checked out all of the new Lawn Fawn that is in the shop?!  I decided to play with some of the new goodies for my post today.

Isn't the Year Seven set with the Pinata so fun?!  I teamed it up with the new Perfectly Plaid - Rainbow 6x6 pad.  The Leafy Tree Backdrop:  Portrait Die was a fun addition to my scenery.   That particular die is out of stock but will be replenished in about a week or so!

Stay Cool with Lawn Fawn

Hi all, it's Amy here with a winter themed card.  I used the Lawn Fawn Stay Cool set.  It's so cute and perfect for these cold winter months!  I teamed it up with the Perfectly Plaid - Winter Paper Pad.

I used the Ranger Watercolor Paper and did a quick pale blue watercolor wash on the upper portion of my square panel.  I embossed the snow flurry from the Stay Cool set.

Do you see the glittery detail on the snow bank?

Have you joined us for Challenge #8 yet?

Holiday Thank Yous

Happy Boxing Day!  It's Amy here with a look at some of my holiday thank you cards.  I never tire of coffee, so I decided to make them latte cards:

These are square 4.25 x 4.25 inches cards.  The coffee cup is from Concord & 9th's Let's Chat!  It's been stamped with Versafine Onyx and watercolored with Zig Clean Color Markers.  The sentiment is from SugarPea Designs, Espresso Yourself.

With the help of my Mini MISTI I was able to whip up 6 of the same design.

Thanks so much for stoppin' by!
