Toni here with another THD challenge #5 inspiration card that stretches the stamps I have in my stash. And, in this case, I mean that quite literally.
Any guesses? I'll give you a moment. How about now?
Btw, if you guessed correctly, I owe you a virtual cookie. Props to my friend, Tonya, the owner of The Heart Desires Store, who suggested I look at this set when I mentioned I wish I had a cauldron. I love that about her--always thinking on her feet (and enabling us with her fab products).
Another stash-stretch on this card was my use of the Avery Elle Falling Snow die as rising cauldron bubbles. Just plain cool. I placed Scor-Tape behind the bubbles then coated them in glam witch glitter. The background is a Distress Ink watercolor wash--be on the look out for Distress Inks coming to the store, and the rest was colored with Copics.
The Details: Concord & 9th Shine Brighter, Avery Elle Falling Snow die, Waffle Flower Lacy Layers die, Ranger Watercolor Paper, Zig H2O Detail Watercolor Brush, Lawn Fawn Booyah, Waltzing Mouse stitched scalloped rectangle die, Distress Inks (Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch, Carved Pumpkin, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron), Copics, Memento Tuxedo Black
Brilliant use of stretching your stash, Toni! Spooktacular!!
